• Please note, Riu Montego Bay - All Inclusive, only have one king bed or two double beds available. Please note this when booking. • Hotel Industry standards may require a credit card charge upon checking into your room for incidentals. You and your roommates should discuss this before checking in. You should also use a credit card as oppose to a debit card. • Location, date and time for our meet and greet will be forwarded to you 30 days before the event. • An Elevated Travel, LLC host will be on-site for any guests needing assistance at the hotel and/or meet and greet. |
Terms & Policies
• Full Payment is due May Dec 20, 2019. • It is the guests' responsibility to ensure their roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Prices are based on occupancy. • Late payment of $100 per person is required after final payment due date. All late payment request must be approved by management before the final due date. • Cancellation for any reason is subjected to a $50 cancellation fee per person, to be paid to Elevated Travel, LLC. • Making reservations for this Valentine's Day ATV package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. •You must make your reservations in the name that is on your government issued identification you will use to check-in at the hotel. • All of your payments to Elevated Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. • Elevated Travel, LLC accepts payments by credit card only. Please see option below. • Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required. • No payments will be accepted after Dec 20, 2019. • You are responsible for making timely payments on your reservations according to the billing plan listed above. If you should go more than 60 days without any payment whatsoever, your reservations will automatically cancel without notice and you forfeit all money paid to Elevated Travel, LLC. |
